Head of the Wood Business Unit (m/f/d)

Now we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leader who takes this opportunity, takes responsibility and raises the business field of wood to the next level. Your mission You develop and implement a forward-looking strategy for our timber business segment – with a clear focus on growth, yield and sustainable market leadership. You lead a dedicated team of currently around 10 employees in five federal states, develop structures and advance actively and visibly the expansion of our timber business. In doing so, you act with entrepreneurial freedom, direct line of report to the Executive Board and a clear mandate to design.

You are a leader who wants to burn for the topic of wood and actively shape growth. You bring in particular: Multiannual experience in timber trade, timber construction or a comparable environment Detectable successes in building or developing business fields Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop teams High implementation strength and clear result orientation Impressed communication and enforcement capability High readiness and joy to be present in the market nationwide
