You advise on all legal issues – from contract law to corporate and business law to data protection issues – and work closely with our external consultants You tax our company insurance in close coordination with the specialist departments and the insurance broker You develop our contract management system and ensure smooth operation throughout the company You are a contact person for all issues related to guarantees and handling of major damage You take care of the legal concerns and economic support of existing real estate portfolios You support legal issues, e.g. for the establishment of companies, M&A processes, for the preparation of corporate meetings, publications in various commercial registers, etc.

You have a completed university degree with legal background (e.g. Bachelor of Law) preferably a business lawyer or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the relevant field is of advantage – but no need You have well-founded knowledge in general civil law and in contractual and corporate law You are going on tasks with a pronounced hands-on mentality and bringing high performance You communicate clearly, think with and take responsibility Your knowledge of German and English is reliable – in word and writing You have the joy of change and desire to actively develop the field
