As a supporter (m/w/d) in production, you become part of a dedicated team and have the chance to actively participate in various tasks in production. The working day is versatile and offers you the opportunity to take over both simple and responsible activities. Whether you’re already bringing first experiences in production or are new in this area, you’ll need a lot of commitment and team spirit.

• Sorting materials according to the specified standards is one of your daily tasks.
• You support the ongoing production process and help to secure the quality of the products.
• After a brief introduction, you serve production machines independently and contribute to a smooth process.
• For a proper working environment, you can do simple cleaning work like the fig and maintaining order.
• The team’s collaboration is at the forefront – a good team meeting ensures that all processes work as best as possible.

We are looking for

In order to be successful in production as a helper (m/w/d), certain skills and a suitable setting are of great importance. Experience in production is an advantage, but no compelling requirement. Especially important are your willingness to work together and your commitment.

• Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in production or in a comparable area.
• Physical resilience and rapid working speed are necessary for the tasks in this position.
• You are ready to work in shiftwork and react flexibly to working hours.
• A quick understanding helps you quickly work into the workflows.
• Team skills and a conscientious way of working are your strengths.
