Ensure a correct and timely invoice for national and international customers (including clearing of open items) Examination of complex customer contracts & service agreements on accounting-relevant content and ensuring the correct implementation in the accounting process Participation in projects for digitization, process optimization and further development of finance and accounting systems (in particular billing processes) Control, quality assurance and optimization of billing processes and performance assessment Analysis of differences, escalation cases and billing complaints Contact for complex questions in the Billing Management / Invoicing and technical support of junior colleagues Close cooperation and consulting with Sales, SAP IT, Dispute and Claim Management

Completed study BWL / Economics or completed commercial training with appropriate professional qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in billing management / invoicing / billing and accounting solutions Very good application knowledge in SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3, ideally complemented by experience with SAP BRIM High self-initiative and safe occurrence Enforcement strength, communication skills and team spirit Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge required
