Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Then these are your tasks: Teams & executives empower: You coach Product Owner, developer and leads in self-organization as well as agile methods and thus promote a continuous learning culture Optimize cooperation & Flow: You moderate interdisciplinary formats, solve blockages and establish lean and flow principles for smooth workflows Strengthen product and value focus: You consistently focus on customer benefits and help them act end-to-end and value-current-oriented Transparency & target orientation: Through agile rituals and meaningful metrics, you can focus on clarity in priorities and make progress and results measurable Making your transformation active: You accompany change processes pragmatically on a team day and are inspired by new, innovative formats for courageous testing

You bring several years of experience (min. 3–5 years) in agile roles, know the common agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and have not only read them, but really experienced them You know basic IT and team processes – such as software development, DevOps collaboration or product management – and understand how you can support teams in it You bring relevant expertise, e.g. in:

• Team Dynamics & Organizational Psychology
• Moderation, Facilitation & Conflict Resolution
• Lean and Flow principles
• Value flow orientation & product thinking You have an understanding of regulatory frameworks and you know how to connect agile ways Ideally, you have relevant certifications, for example:
• Scrum Master (PSM I/II or CSM)
• Product Owner (PSPO/CSPO)
• Kanban (KMP I/II)
• SAFe certifications are a plus You have knowledge of the German and English language in word and writing
