An important part of your work is: You build our container platform in your own data center - architecture, stack, operating concept. You consolidate the grown landscape of Kubernetes, Tanzu and other solutions to a uniform standard. You gradually get the platform operation from the service provider to the house. You are responsible for the foundation of our Azure-Tenants: Management Groups, Subscriptions, Landing Zones, connection to the data center. You set the governance framework - Azure Policy, RBAC model, name and tagging standards, cost transparency. You provide the platform as a service and define the interfaces to the consuming teams. You consistently automate: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps. You build your team and develop it. We like to talk, laugh a lot, exchange ourselves, pack together – and celebrate our successes: whether in internal meetings or on festivals & team events.

you want to drive the digitalization of the healthcare industry with us! you like to create things and introduce new ideas, like changes and share our hands-on mentality with us! you have a completed study of computer science or a comparable qualification, e.g. an IT training with corresponding professional experience. Remarkable: certifications such as CKA, CKS or AZ-104. you already have first expertise and experience: Multiannual experience in the productive operation of Kubernetes: Cluster-Lifecycle, Network, Storage, Ingress, Monitoring - and Troubleshooting when clamped under load. you have experience with automation: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps. you have first leadership experience or experience as a technical lead. you have Azure knowledge at platform level - or you want to work in landing zones, governance and cost management. of advantage: experience with the detachment of growing container landscapes (Tanzu, Docker Swarm). Advantage: Experience in the KRITIS environment, with ISO 27001 or B3S you have very good knowledge of German (C2) in word and writing and can use it in the daily correspondence with certainty. you like working in the team, being reliable and being able to organize yourself well.
