For our professional integration in Gießen we are looking for the next time:

Projektleiter (m/w)

in parttime for 30 hours weekly, unlimited

The professional integration service accompanies people with disabilities and/or chronic mental illness

our workshops in internships and on work-integrated jobs in companies of general employment

market.

They bring with them:

• A completed training in the field of education or in the craft sector (Additional training in the field of vocational training)

)

• A person-centric attitude towards our clients

• experience in the professional accompaniment and integration of people with disabilities as well as in the internship

• Team skills, sense of responsibility and reliability

• Willingness to reflect on your own and joint work in the team

• Self-employed work and flexibility in working time

• readiness to communicate inside and outside as well as network work

• Knowledge of documentation

• Driving class B (3), own car

Your duties include:

• responsible support and support of adult people with chronic mental illnesses and

cognitive impairments in the context of internships and jobs outside the workshop for men

with disabilities

• Cooperation with companies

• Participation in the implementation of training offers, reflection days and regular tables

• Accompanying our clients on events/training

• Cooperation with members and accompanying institutions

• Documentation and reporting

We offer you:

• A responsible and varied activity with design playroom in a dedicated team

• Supervision

• Six weeks of annual leave and two additional regeneration days per year and the possibility of two additional

Remuneration of work

• Continuing and continuing training, occupational health management and job-wheel leasing

• Remuneration depending on the qualification according to TVöD SuE 7 or SuE 8a (with gFAB)
