As a working student:in (at least 15 hours a week) in HR management, you are immersed directly in practice, actively shaping and introducing your ideas.

Your tasks:

You set up monthly and quarterly HR evaluations – precise, clear and data-based. In the Payroll & Data team, you perform organizational and administrative tasks. You can support the team in terms of pay, commission and default accounting – you have time limits and accuracy in mind. Certificates and certificates are structured, reliable and with a view to detail. HR questions from employees answer you solution-oriented and service-conscious.

You are registered:r Student:in– best with focus on staff. You have a good sense of numbers and data – first experiences with evaluations or controlling are of advantage. A structured, organized way of working as well as a confidential handling of sensitive information are of course for you. You may already know Power BI – if not, you will learn it with us. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are reliable, show your own initiative and want to support us in the long term? Then you fit perfectly into the team!
