The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and a recognised technical service provider at national and international level in the design of solutions, the support of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Head of complex projects including implementation of project management tasks in interaction with interdisciplinary teams, creation of project-specific targets and the management of the project team Responsibility for the planning, coordination and contractual technical implementation of the customer requirements of the software development projects in relation to time-cost diversity assignment and control of subcontractors and coordination of their power components, if necessary Building and maintaining a trusted customer relationship and ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular, binding communication Support for the further development of projects on the way to the product by collecting, defining and prioritizing the product requirements of the stakeholders Preparation and execution of acceptances by the customer for formal confirmation of the agreed delivery and performance volumes, participation in the acquisition of follow-up projects and the creation of offers

Complete study of aerospace technology, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in managing complex projects, safe handling of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, V-Modell XT) would be ideal Project management certifications (e.g. IPMA) as well as knowledge of modelling and simulation would be ideal You understand yourself as a neutral consultant and maintain a trusted relationship with our customers and colleagues due to your expertise and service orientation. Technical understanding in areas such as: programming languages (Java, C++), scenario design / use case definition and simulation-based assessment You convince by a self-sponsored, structured and result-oriented way of working. German and English skills
