General responsibility for finance, controlling, purchasing, procurement and administration Sparring partners of the management in all business and strategic issues Further development of enterprise processes, control instruments and digital system landscapes Ensuring transparent corporate governance through meaningful key figures, reports and analyses Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, liquidity management and financial statements Optimization of costing and control processes for sustainable improvement of results Development internally instead of it structures and organizational processes in the course of growth and change Leadership, motivation and development of a qualified team Cooperation with national and international stakeholders within a group of companies

Successfully completed studies of the business economy, the industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a commercial management function within a manufacturing company Knowledge of controlling, accounting, cost accounting and corporate management Experience in optimizing business processes and in transformation and change projects Embossed analytical skills combined with pragmatic implementation strength High leadership competence, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of modern ERP systems and a strong understanding of digital processes German and English skills
