Compilation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS as well as supervision of internal and external audits Reporting, monthly results and preview as well as target-actual analysis Creation of medium-term planning including modelling of the GuV calculation, cost center accounting and liquidity and balance sheet planning (budget process) Development, implementation and follow-up of performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation of action recommendations Support for business management as a savings partner in all business issues Creation of business cases in cooperation with various specialist departments such as production, research & development, sales Own implementation of ad hoc analyses and special projects for various departments

Successfully completed business studies ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification At least 5-7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing industry Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Strong analytical skills and independent working Hands-on mentality and high performance Quick understanding and intuitive understanding of numbers, as well as a high level of accuracy and care Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge as well as MS Excel, PowerBI and good understanding of technical processes and processes Flowing German and English skills
