Your tasks Coordination with the building management for contract changes during the execution of infrastructure projects Conducting contract-relevant correspondence with the client Creation of allowances based on site documentation Assessment of subcontractors Negotiations of subordinates to contracting entities and subcontractors with the support of the building management Our contribution Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or in a comparable course Ideally two years of professional experience in contract management, costing or construction management in the building industry or in project development Good knowledge of building contract law (VOB/B) Understanding technical, economic and legal relationships Structured, solution-oriented operation and high self-responsibility Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with RIB iTWO or comparable software
