The IT & Digitization Resort aims to fully digitize the clinical processes. As part of the Vivantes Strategy 2030, we work hand in hand with clinic management and specialist users to optimize, standardize and digitize our processes. We support and develop the IT application landscape of medical specialist systems in a clinical environment. These include medical devices for diagnostic purposes as well as diagnostic software solutions that we integrate into the existing IT infrastructure and the KIS (hospital information system). Our focus is on stable, secure systems, from technical connection to operational operation.

Project management and coordination in the introduction of new medical specialist systems and medical devices Planning, control and monitoring of the technical commissioning of new systems in the clinical environment Care of medical systems (hardware & software) in cooperation with specialist areas, manufacturers, medical technology, purchasing and IT Coordination of device connection to existing IT and network infrastructure and coordination of technical requirements Support for the integration of new devices and applications into the system landscape as well as the administration of users and permissions Planning and implementation of user training as well as support for specialist areas in ongoing operation Processing and coordination of disturbances in the 2nd level environment as well as cooperation in maintenance, updates, rollouts and documentation

Complete studies in medical computer science, computer science, health IT, medical technology or comparable qualification or completed vocational training in the IT or medical environment with relevant experience, ideally in the medical field Experience in care or introduction of medical specialist systems or medical devices with software reference Knowledge in project management and in structured planning and implementation of technical introductions Understanding the integration of devices in networks, clinical processes and existing IT landscapes Experience in user care, training and authorization management, ideally experience with KIS systems (ORBIS) knowledge in operation, rollout, interface coordination and fault management Self-structed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced communication and coordination capability Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
