Deputy Nursing Service Manager - Senior Care (m/w/d)

For our customers, a provider of nursing and care services near Rhauderfehn, we are looking for a deputy nursing service (m/w/d) as part of the recruitment service. • Representation of the PDL in its absence - personnel planning - review of the quality of care - safeguarding the need-oriented care of the residents - preparation, implementation and reprocessing of resident observations by the MDK - family work and contact care e.g. to doctors and social workers - advice of residents and their families on the nature and extent of the necessary care - ensuring compliance with care standard

• Complete training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d)/ Completed study in health care or recognition for care services according to § 71 SGB XI - Experience as a residential management or first leadership experience in a nursing institution or comparable institution desirable - Good IT user knowledge and openness to digital-assisted documentation - High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees - High operational readiness and organizational capacity
