You independently create monthly wage and salary bills taking into account the applicable labour and collective bargaining law as well as the tax and social insurance regulations You serve defined societies of the thomas group You maintain accounting-relevant personal master files You collect time and absence data and clarify open facts in consultation with the departments You process travel cost accounting and reporting and certification according to legal requirements You create meaningful statistics and evaluations to support the

You have a professional training with additional qualification in the area of pay billing (m/w/d) (e.g. as a specialist in wage and salary billing, HR Payroll or tax specialist (m/w/d)) – alternatively, you have a comparable training with relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks with You have at least one year of professional experience in pay billing and know the requirements and procedures of practice You are routined in dealing with common accounting systems, ideally with SAP, Sage, DATEV or comparable software You bring a pronounced number affinity and have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law and you are sure to apply it Your strong service orientation as well as your high degree of discretion complete your profile
