Application: You install and configure our technical application on Windows servers and perform maintenance work. Most systems are hosted in the DATAGROUP own data center. Database management: You manage the SQL servers on our customer systems and ensure their smooth operation as well as data security and integrity. Start maintenance plans, perform maintenance work and take care of back-up and recovery. Error analysis and troubleshooting: deeper technical problems you coordinate directly with the developers and run database queries with SQL. You are responsible for the further development and optimization of our automation processes. Documentation: You create and care system documentation as well as technical instructions. Support: You process inquiries in the ticket system and bring solutions in cooperation with customers (by ticket system, e-mail or phone). Collaboration: You work in a team with seven other colleagues who care about providing our software. Every day a short voting meeting takes place.

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science / IT or a completed training as a specialist system integration (all genders). It is crucial for us not your career, but your know-how and your motivation. You have well-founded knowledge in Windows server management, optimally also in the database administration area for SQL servers (installation, maintenance, optimization, back-up and recovery). Good knowledge with MS-PowerShell scripting is useful. Multiannual professional experience is desirable. You don't want to stop and strive to learn and develop. A high level of readiness is very important to us. You rule German in Word and Writing (at least B2)
