Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Optimization and implementation of the holistic entrepreneurial lean strategy
• Identification, analysis and conception of potential improvement
• Planning and control of projects with interdisciplinary teams for sustainable realization of potentials
• Anticipation of leaning in everyday life, supplemented by training/coachings
• Advice and support for specialists and managers in the operational application of the methods

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Found professional experience in Lean Management, Lean Production including tools and methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also in MS Project
• Self-understanding as a change agent and multiplier with corresponding communication strength, competence and moderation skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
