With enthusiasm, empathy and expertise, you will advise our customers on global destinations and create tailor-made travel offers that are specifically adapted to the individual wishes and needs of the customer – from vacation packages to individual trips. You advise our customers personally, by telephone and digitally to travel-relevant services such as flights, hotels, rental cars and ferries, as well as travel insurance and other tourist services. With your competent advice on travel prices, performance and entry regulations, you create a transparent basis for decision-making. You check bills, monitor payment inputs, reliably process complaints and conduct correspondence with customers, organizers and service providers professionally and solution-oriented. If necessary, our members will advise you about ADAC membership as well as mobility services and answer questions about benefits and benefits.

You have a successfully completed training for the travel/tourism businessman (w/m/d) and bring several years of relevant professional experience to the travel agency. Your enthusiasm for travels, different cultures and countries will take you actively into your daily work. Your creative ideas and your innovative spirit help continuously improve and expand our offer. Your organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and your high customer orientation make you an invaluable valuable part of our team. Professional, product and target area knowledge are of course for you and you are familiar with all common booking and sales systems.
