You manage and continuously develop the Salesforce platform You create and optimierst reports, dashboards and evaluations for different disciplines You analyse, design and implement technical requirements using Salesforce standard features and low-code tools (e.g. Flows) You enter and optimize sales, service and marketing processes within Salesforce You manage users, permissions, roles and profiles You support connection and integration of adjacent systems and process 2nd and 3rd level support requests for the departments You create and provide technical and technical documentation and work in projects for the further development and optimization of the CRM landscape

You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d), Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d) or in a comparable Salesforce role You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification You have profound knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration, especially in Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Flows, Permission Concepts, Reports and Dashboards You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud You have a technical understanding of data models, interfaces, integrations and cross-system relationships You have experience in the recording, analysis and implementation of professional requirements and work structured and independent as well as strong communication You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
