For our local production team at Schönkirchen near Kiel, we are looking for a:n team leader: in / Line Manager (m/w/d). Your team consists of about 22 employees responsible for cleaning and packaging medical implants. At the same time with you, there are 4 other layered conductors: in the suburbs which bear the responsibility for other product lines. You themselves report to the field management and are therefore an essential part of the management team within the production.

Your team as well as yourself work in the permanent shift (Mo-Fr from 14:00 – 21:30). This body shall be occupied without delay. Our offer to you In this position, you will shape the success of your production area: You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, keep an overview of ongoing processes and ensure optimal deployment planning of personnel and machines. In addition, you are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees as well as the training and development of the team; For this purpose, you develop new talents for our organization in the long term through the targeted promotion of individual strengths of employees.

At the same time, ensure high productivity with uncompromising quality standards. This includes the planning and coordination of service and maintenance operations as well as the analysis of relevant key figures.

With your know-how, you drive the continuous improvement of our processes using LEAN methods and in close cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams.

Required qualifications: You have a technical training with master or technician degree or have successfully completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, medical technology, industrial engineering and the like.

You bring several years of experience in a regulated production environment - ideally in cutting production - and have already taken on the first responsibility in managing employees.
