As Senior Risk Manager (m/w/d), you can design and optimize our processes as well as the Group-wide control system for third-party risk management and take over the care and further development of the Group Information Register as part of the operational process management. To do this, plan, coordinate and implement self-assessments to collect both levels of implementation and maturity of the group-wide minimum standards and target requirements. You analyze risk data, create meaningful risk reports on the Microsoft Power Platform and/or Power BI and are responsible for group-wide reporting to our board bodies. In addition, you are the central contact person around our group-wide third-party risk management – whether for group companies, supervisory authorities, external auditors, compliance or internal audit. You organize and supervise the group-wide committee work of the working group Third-Participation Risk Management, represent us in external specialist bodies and actively participate in projects – if necessary also as a lead of own sub- or overall projects.

Successful study – ideally for economics or economic law – or a comparable academic degree Long-term professional practice in the design and implementation of governance processes, risk management structures and control and monitoring activities Funded knowledge in outsourcing management or Third-party risk management, complemented by basic knowledge in project management Expertise in the legal and regulatory requirements in the financial sector as well as the processes or Workflows in the banking environment Comprehensive know-how in the Microsoft Power Platform, in particular Power BI Very good German and good English in word and writing
