Tischlerinnen und Tischler (m/w/d) make cabinets, seating furniture or tables, windows or doors as well as exhibition and store facilities. You process wood and wood materials with a variety of different techniques. You saw, plan and grind, perform veneering work and treat the wood surfaces. The individual parts screw or lead them to finished wood products. On construction sites You use windows, stairs and doors. In living or office rooms, You mount installation furniture, room dividers or wall coverings. You also repair damaged furniture or restore antiques.

We expect you to have at least a qualified degree of primary or real school (or a comparable degree). In particular, the focus is placed on the achievements of the main subjects German and mathematics as well as, depending on the training profession, in the scientific subjects (e.g. physics, chemistry and biology) or in the first foreign language. In addition to interest and suitability for the chosen profession, you should bring learning willingness, commitment and concentration. Team spirit, reliability and sense of responsibility are also a prerequisite for trusting cooperation.

You complete your training with a recognized employer in safe economic conditions. You will be accompanied by competent trainers who will ensure your optimal professional start. Their monthly training fee increases over all three years of training. In the first year it is about €1,293.26 and rises to approx. EUR 1.389.02 gross in the third year. You have the opportunity to receive family/children's allowances. You will receive 30 days of holiday per year as well as 24.12. and 31.12. free of charge. You will benefit from the compensation in the form of free time for any overtime. After vocational training, the takeover into a working relationship, civil servants or soldiers' relationship will be pursued with appropriate performance. .
