As a speaker, you support the department management as well as the project and process teams and the knowledge and change management team for the technical service - the craftsman organisation of Vonovia. As a dedicated personality, you will create analyses, carry out planning independently and participate in the creation of presentations and decision-making templates for management. You create and provide documents, reports, presentations for department management, relevant departments and stakeholders You prepare decision-making templates and presentations for top management and take a direct look at the company's strategic orientation You support the coordination and follow-up of cross-disciplinary topics in the technical service You organize and participate in meetings and workshops You support the preparation of strategic decisions by preparing relevant data and information You work closely with team leaders, project leaders, departments and external partners

You have a degree in economics, economic psychology or similar courses You are interested in technical topics within our own craftsman organization, work structured and organize your working day efficiently You have experience in creating presentations and decision templates You have strong skills to make complex facts understandable and convincing to present You draw on very good communication skills and safe occurrence at management level
