Implementation, operation and further development of the company-wide information security management system (ISMS) according to BSI standards Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) Coordination of development, implementation and updating of security policies and processes Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of security measures defined in the context of information security Presentation of safety status reports, identification of potential risks and presentation of measures to improve information security Initiation of measures to continuously improve information security, such as regular implementation of security audits and adaptation of security measures to changing threat scenarios Integration into all safety-relevant decisions, projects and changes affecting the information network responsible Consultation of internal and external customers in the detection of requirements and in the finding of solutions in questions of information security

Completed study of the field of safety management, BWL, computer science, business informatics, etc., alternatively completed vocational training (e.g. Relevant professional experience and extensive knowledge in the field of information security, preferably as Information Security Officer/Manager or in a comparable position Practical experience in the application of relevant standards and standards (IT basic protection, BSI standards 200-1, 200-2 and 200-3, ISO27001, minimum standards etc.) Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO27001 certification based on basic IT protection Independent and structured working methods with a high quality standard as well as analytical approach and joy in developing their own ideas Sovereign appearance, persuasiveness and determination as well as team and collaborative capability
