What awaits you with us? A challenging task in a legal team in which you can fully legally advise and support national and international issues in the field of renewable energies – in close cooperation with other disciplines.

Legal design, audit and negotiation of contracts for national and international solar and wind projects as well as battery storage projects (particularly EPC contracts and supply contracts) Legal support for revival/repowering projects Comprehensive legal advice in connection with the asset management of solar and wind farms (e.g. O&M contracts, usage contracts, other service and work contracts) Legal support in contract and claim management Close cooperation with internal stakeholders Organisation and implementation of training Coordination and close cooperation with national and international law firms

Successfully completed study of law, ideally with two above-average state examina Renewable Energy and/or International Building Projects Secure negotiating and communication skills in German and English Analytical thinking and understanding of economic and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector You stand up confidently and decisively and have communication strength and have a well-organized, solution-oriented and independent way of working. You show high performance and responsibility as well as interest in legal, economic and organizational relationships You have a high degree of loyalty, conscience, reliability and team skills negotiating skill paired with enforcement strength complete your profile
