You lead and guide your care team, plan the workflows, motivate the team and ensure good cooperation. In the role of the station management, you are responsible for the entire organization and responsibility of the station for internal medicine. You are the driving force that makes our everyday care efficient and always in the sense of the patients. Ensuring the quality of care by monitoring standards, compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines is your responsibility. In addition, you will take care of personnel management, including operational planning, coordination of holiday and disease representations, as well as ensuring the services. You act as a link between the nursing department and the clinic management and always ensure good cooperation and communication.

You have completed training on health care and nursing (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or nurse (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Multiannual experience in the field of care is essential. A completed training as a station line is advantageous, but it is also not a problem if you are still striving for it. Experiences in the leadership and motivation of employees are desirable, as you act as an idea provider and motivator*in. A strong sense of responsibility and your communication skills help you to successfully operate even in challenging situations.
