Ensuring quality standards predominantly in outpatient care Close cooperation with management staff, nurses and other colleagues Everyday consultation and support of the teams – at eye level Development, implementation and monitoring of QM processes Implementation and documentation of internal and external audits Optimization and digitization of processes in quality management Introduction, training and support of nurses in the application of digital QM tools - Roxtra Introduction, training and support of nurses in the application of digital care documentation tools –Vivendi NG / Vivendi Mobil Creation and maintenance of QM documentation (concepts, service and process instructions, process descriptions)

A completed training as a nurse (e.g. old care, health care and nursing) Multiannual professional experience in nursing, ideally in the outpatient or semi-stationary area Interest in quality management – happy with first experience Class B driving licence Good IT skills as well as ideally experience with the Roxtra and Vivendi NG / mobile programs or the willingness to work quickly and safely into these digital systems Structured and independent operation Joy in supporting, consulting and working together on improvements An open, positive communication style – even in challenging situations Identification with Caritas
