You are an eye-imaged MFA and are looking for a position where you can make more and take responsibility? As Deputy Practice Manager (m/w/d), you coordinate processes, support the team and develop into a responsible manager. The MVZ of the Schön Klinik is a 100% subsidiary of the Schön Klinik Hamburg Eilbek and has its location right next to the clinic. In our MVZ, we provide an annual expertly-crossing ca. 10,000 outpatient patients at a high medical level. In addition to the complete medical care, we provide pre- and postoperative care for thyroid and obesity-surgical patients. Through our close cooperation with the clinic, we are excellent in networking outpatient and outpatient healthcare. Your tasks - You can look forward to this Represented line function: As a deputy practice manager, you represent the practice manager in the absence and work closely with her in the daily operating business. Efficient flow control: The organization and control of the practice sequences take care of all interfaces and continue to perform operational activities as MFA, such as blood collection, infusions and tasks at the registration. Cooperative deployment planning: Staff planning and team coordination support you actively and assist the team professionally. Structured appointment management: A smooth appointment and patient management will ensure you and will assist in accounting for EBM/GOÄ as well as in monitoring the documentation. Innovative process development: In addition, you are working on the further development of processes and projects in the MVZ.

You have completed training as a medical specialist (MFA) (m/w/d) and ideally bring several years of professional experience in practice, preferably in internal medicine or general medicine. Funded knowledge of the cash medical billing (EBM digits) are desirable and complement your professional profile. You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and convince by your respectful way.
