As a modeler / Kalkulator (m/w/d) for one of our German offices with office headquarters in Doetinchem (NL) near the German border, you combine technical know-how with digital thinking. The site implements residential and industrial projects in Germany, which include the latest building concepts in detail. The team spirit is based on a great mix of German and Dutch colleagues. The office is conveniently located on the A18 motorway near the German A3 and offers modern jobs in a modern building complex. The team of about 50 employees is looking forward to your application.

Instead of collecting endless quantities manually, you work with modern 3D models that you directly associate with the calculation and project planning. This brings you to life the building costs – digital, precise and forward-looking. Own structure of 3D models, which serve as the basis for pricing and are later transferred to the project team Detection of costs and risks and development of intelligent, practical solutions Participate from the start – you are actively thinking about construction, systems and innovative methods Working with exciting residential and commercial projects in Germany Further development of the costing process through the practical use of new technologies
