Service-oriented processing of telephone and written requests Self-employed professional support and consulting of industrial and corporate customers Creating qualified tender documents and drawing up appropriate insurance proposals Own-responsible contract management and analysis including correspondence and accounting Pre- and post-processing of customer, insurer and damage dates Independent discussions with insurers as well as support for the external service, occasional customer visits on site Supporting departments in the field of administrative processes (e.g. accounting, insurance certificates)
