Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (w/m/d) Walsrode | unlimited | Full time | 12341G As a talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire recruiting process and continuously develop it. In cooperation with different disciplines, you act as a strategic and operational partner, bringing your own impulses and actively shaping recruiting approaches. Full responsibility for the recruiting process – from job alert to contract offer Function as a central interface between disciplines and applicants throughout the selection process as well as close coordination with the staff representatives: Development of effective job advertisements for targeted addressing of appropriate candidate:inside and maximising the range Pre-qualification of incoming applications in the ATS system and structured control of selection processes Organisation and implementation of interviews in consultation with the departments Identification and direct address of talents through popular Active Sourcing tools Control and coordination of external personnel service providers Participation in the further development and implementation of the employer-branding measures and regular exchange with intra-group recruiting interfaces Ensuring compliance with defined recruiting processes and responsibility for relevant KPIs Planning, implementation and participation in recruiting events and career fairs

Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economic psychology, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable discipline, alternatively completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition Multiannual experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a project-based environment Experience in stakeholder management and in cooperation with different interfaces Practical experience in Active Sourcing and dealing with common tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search) Structured, independent and proactive way of working with overview – even in parallel processes – and high demands on the quality of your work Embossed communication strength, safe and professional appearance and high team orientation Willingness to attend at least two days a week in Walsrode German language skills in word and writing
