The Head of Division reports directly to the Chairman of the Management Board responsible for the commercial areas. At the same hierarchical level there are 5 other commercial and 6 technical departments. The department manager leads two team leaders with a total of approx. 14 employees and 3 employees with individual tasks. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Shared Service department Monitoring and optimization of the respective process chains with the inclusion of current and perspective opportunities of digitization, in particular with a focus on process automation ensure compliance with the relevant accounting regimes and compliance with the requirements of the legislator and regulatory authorities in accordance with all dates and requirements Delivery of valid data in the context of the financial statements, monitoring, internal reporting and business and investment planning Development of skills and skills of employees in the field, strengthening the trust base, establishing a positive leadership culture and promoting cooperation, knowledge transfer and team spirit Further development of the billing system and perception of the bidder roll with respect to the billing service provider including performance monitoring Motivational leadership, promotion and development of executives, employees and (temporarily) trainees in responsibility

Successfully completed technical or commercial studies or completed commercial training as well as further training as a specialist in energy management or comparable IT-related qualification Multiannual proven professional experience in a comparable disciplinary and professional leadership position or alternate position of the task environment Long-term activity in the environment of energy (city works, regional supply, marketing) Comprehensive understanding of the accounting of services. Good knowledge of the application of MS-Office and SAP (S/4HANA) are required. Negotiating knowledge of the German language in word and writing are necessary, conversative knowledge of the English language would be ideal. The office is located in Velbert/Nordrhein-Westfalen, the residence should be located in the vicinity of the office. The position is full-time, the weekly working time is 39 hours.
