As Head of Housing Groups, you take the overall responsibility for our stationary housing groups. You lead people. You structure everyday life and develop quality. And you make sure that children and adolescents experience a stable, reliable framework. What you do with us: Management and further development of stationary housing groups Leadership, planning and development of your team Responsibility for personnel use and staff structure Ensuring stable operations in 24/7 operation Responsibility for budget and economic governance and utilisation Further development of pedagogical concepts and quality Cooperation with youth offices and external partners Designing an environment that enables staff and development In short, you are responsible for the real effect of structure.
