Continuous updating and optimization of IT landscape in the area of network infrastructure & security (LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, WAN, production networks, firewalls, zone concepts) Operation and expansion of the security landscape: firewalls, zone concepts, regular firewall reviews, and conversion of industrial firewalls in OT Responsibility for Troubleshooting in the aforementioned areas Support and administration of data centers at the location Partial and project management for renewal and modernization projects (e.g. migration of legacy systems into the cloud, network access control, optimization of the zone concept) Editing requirements and change requests Control and coordination of external service providers and specialised security partners

Complete training as a specialist system integration or comparable Professional experience in the middle class, ideally with points of contact for production/OT Knowledge of network protocols and services as well as a pronounced security confession Experience with firewall and security solutions (e.g. Sophos, Palo Alto) and ideally with Entra/Conditional Access, VMware, MS 365/Exchange Hybrid, PowerShell and Linux Bash Communication strength and enforcement capacity in the control of external service providers Self-permanent, structured working and readiness 'to look over the edge of the plate' IT-English for sharing with the Security Operations Team
