Our client is a medium-sized company from the technical industrial environment and implements sophisticated electrotechnical projects for its customers. Engineering, manufacturing, assembly, material flow and commissioning are closely interlocking. Due to the very good order situation, the storage area is further developed. The task is not a classic warehouse job: It is about a living project camp with technical components, changing priorities and close coordination with project management, engineering and assembly. In this role, a person is asked who likes to take responsibility, keeps an overview and stays calm even when several topics go up simultaneously. Someone who is involved, communicates clearly and enjoys putting structure in a dynamic environment — without making things unnecessarily complicated.

You keep in mind material flows, set priorities in day-to-day business and ensure that operations in the warehouse work reliably. At the same time, you develop existing processes with an eye dimension and give a small team orientation in everyday work.

Experience from warehouse, warehouse logistics, production, assembly or a comparable technical environment as well as understanding of material flows in a project-driven operation. A classic career as a “finished” warehouse manager is not absolutely necessary: profiles from logistics, technology, master level, production or assembly with organizational talent, overview and development potential are also interesting.
