In this role you take on the technical project responsibility for demanding construction projects, especially in commercial and retail construction. You are responsible in particular: Control of planning, tendering and award processes Coordination of general contractors, general contractors, architects, specialist planners and authorities Contractor representation to all project participants Monitoring of execution, quality, dates and costs Auditing, payment releases and ongoing project controlling Preparation and implementation of acceptances Deficiency management, follow-up management and reporting Technical support of projects up to turnkey handover

This is ideally what you bring: Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in construction project management, in the project management construction or in the contractor representation Experience with commercial properties, retail objects, residential construction or mixed-use projects Safe handling of VOB, HOAI and the relevant planning, tendering and contract processes Good knowledge of time, cost, quality and follow-up management Communication strength, enforceability and a binding occurrence Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Entrepreneurial thinking and ideally a resilient network in the construction and real estate industry
