Lean Manager Procurement (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the optimization and digitization of the purchasing processes for increasing efficiency in the phase of the production run Your main tasks include the integration of lean methods across all relevant interfaces (e.g. production, logistics, quality assurance, sales, development) You ensure the active driving of the change management process in purchasing Another priority is to ensure efficient cooperation between purchasing and other departments to promote a lean culture You accompany and coach employees in the process of change and in the continuous improvement of lean skills in purchasing You are responsible for identifying, prioritizing and implementing process improvements along the entire value chain Their work is characterised by close cooperation with adjacent specialist areas for identifying interface problems through holistic analyses and their solution through Lean measures You control processes for maximizing the flow of information and material. Shopping and production The development of proposals on process goals and selection of sustainable indicators is another part of your activity You conduct training and workshops to teach lean knowledge to executives and employees Cooperation in cross-site and cross-area projects completes your work

You bring a successfully completed business or technical studies, ideally focusing on supply chain or process optimization or a comparable qualification with You have an express system and process understanding as well as skills to evaluate complex business processes Funded knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and Six Sigma are desirable You have experience in managing and controlling projects, preferably in the environment of lean transformations ideally in purchasing or a process-oriented function Convince us with your strong ability to communicate and moderate in interdisciplinary teams You bring a team-oriented way of thinking and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation with Flowing German knowledge and knowledge of English is ideal High problem solving capability and a pragmatic approach round off your profile
