Location Heilbronn As a commercial employee (m/w/d) for the Export & Import department at Marbach, you can create all relevant (inch) documents for international and national shipping processing. They regularly check and collect freight offers and carefully process incoming complaints. With your high level of sense of responsibility, you carry out your work properly and contribute an important part in a motivated team.

Export and import processing of all EU and third countries including the required customs clearance Creation of electronic export declarations, movement certificates and other export-relevant documents Advertising processing Pick-up and testing of all modes of transport Coordination of delivery dates in close coordination between sales and shipping Export control, tariff and sanction list examination

A completed commercial training such as Kaufmann Groß- and External Trade (m/w/d), Kaufmann for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or something comparable in the commercial/logistic field Professional experience in customs and export Experience in handling the AEB-Atlas customs system and safe application of INCOTERMS 2020 Quick conception, structured and independent working
