• answer all calls, emails and general inquiries technical 1st level support.
• Analysis of technical problems (original analysis) with passenger cars and/or light commercial vehicles (LGV) and/or heavy trucks (lorries) all brands and provision of technical support Customers through all existing communication channels
• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for all possible types of incidents
• Track all incidents in our internal management system
• Maintain communication with others Bosch locations, departments and colleagues in the Support processes involved
• Input for FAQ and Knowledge Database
• Building good relationships with colleagues and customers to create a to ensure the correct flow of information.
• willingness to work in the office and/or in the field service depending on Business requirements.
