Development and implementation of modern personnel development and talent management concepts Planning and implementation of assessment centres, training and development measures Advice and support of managers and employees in development and change processes Presentation of workshops and support in coaching and conflict talks Participation in cross-departmental HR projects and continuous development of existing processes

Successfully completed studies, ideally in psychology, economic psychology, human resources management or a comparable discipline Professional experience in personnel development, in the HR environment or a comparable function Experience in designing and implementing development measures, workshops or trainings of advantage Communication strength, empathy and a structured and self-responsible way of working Joy in accompanying people and actively shaping change processes
