ID: 1700_000322 In our Vitos Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Bad Emstal we treat people with psychiatric diseases. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated medical specialist (m/w/d) for the field of reception management in our psychiatric clinic.

You are responsible for controlling and coordinating patient recordings You take care of the reception, processing and organization of all requests concerning the stationary recording You take care of the planning and organization of patient allocation to the relevant center of gravity You work closely with the medical service and the station teams You organize and document everything within the scope of the recording process You are a contact person for internal and external enquiries about patient intake

You have a completed training for medical professionals (m/w/d) or comparable qualification You have ideally experience in psychiatry You show a structured, independent way of working and ideally experience and competence in dealing with people with mental illnesses and their relatives Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence Even in stressful situations, you have a structured and independent way of working You have a friendly, open minded and service-oriented being Teamability, reliability, flexibility and readiness complete your profile You're ready to work on weekends too
