You take over the personnel, organizational and professional management of the department “Servicebetriebe” in horticulture with approx. 100 employees working in 4 different fields: nursery, cultural gardens and floristry, workshops and compost companies, as well as training and training. In addition, you are responsible for the economic management of these companies. You are also responsible, in particular, for the city-wide provision of climate-resilient, location-oriented trees, and have a significant impact on the development of vegetation-related conditions. You work closely with the planning and maintenance departments of horticulture and advise them. In addition, the Gartenbau department is represented in external specialist bodies.
