You analyze construction projects using relevant key figures and data evaluations and develop internal benchmarks as well as an early warning system focusing on costs, dates and risks You coordinate the project monitoring terminals with the terminations and ensure a structured exchange of information and an effective transfer of knowledge You are responsible for the evaluation of approved risk budgets and losses and prepare the results for the report refund, including presentation and commentary. You contribute to the roll-out of various training formats for structural risk management and provide your knowledge, for example, at our internal training academy You work with controlling and IT on the continuous digital further development of our risk management system You actively contribute to the ongoing design and development of SAP S4/HANA to the requirements of structural risk management.

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, economics, economics and a comparable field of expertise. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51,460.00 – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
