♪ Your future task:

• Processing of rail and wheel tire workpieces according to production drawings
• Self-fulfilment of work tasks on CNC milling machines, including programming
• Processing of high-strength materials in compliance with material-specific requirements
• Advantage: Embossed spatial imagination for optimal implementation of technical drawings
• Ensuring compliance with predetermined quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Consistent observance and implementation of the provisions on accident prevention and occupational and fire protection

Your profile for CNC machining (m/w/d):

• Complete vocational training in the metalworking area, e.g. as machining mechanic with a focus on CNC milling or CNC turning
• Practical experience in handling CNC cutting machines
• Safe handling of Heidenhain controls, especially the versions TNC 530 and TNC 640
• Working time in the rolling 2-layer system (Mo-Fr. early, middle layer,)
