You are enrolled at a university for at least 18 months, can work 20 hours per week and at least 2x per week on site at our office in Wiesbaden.

You administrate processes around the storage and dispatch of our demonstration equipment from our warehouse in Wiesbaden. In this context, the focus of your activity lies in the following areas:coordination between marketing / sales and exporting logistics Training and creation of work descriptions to use the system Ensuring process continuity

In addition, you work on smaller projects and support the logistics team in terms of data input, data processing and visualization Coordination and communication with European national societies

You are enrolled at a university and study with a focus on business management, logistics or controlling Ideally, you have already gained first experience in logistics You show a high degree of self-initiative and have a proactive, initiative working style with hands-on mentality You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have advanced knowledge in handling the MS Office package, with special focus on Microsoft Outlook and Excel JOBV1_EN
