Customer Service (d/m/w)

Start: From 01. October 2026 (depending on your availability) Type of employment: part-time or full-time (30-40 hours/week) Duration: 2 years

Processing of telephone and written customer requests in 1st and 2nd level support Competent product and service consulting Support for orders, changes and cancellations clarification of delivery requests, shipment tracking and delivery problems Processing of complaints, returns and warranties Processing of payment, invoice and credit requests Community Management and customer communication via social media channels Active cooperation in optimizing service processes, customer communication and AI tools

Joy of phone work, ideally customer center/call center experience Experienced service orientation and safe occurrence in customer contact Very good German knowledge in word and writing combined with communication and formulation skills Good English skills, other foreign languages of advantage Secure application of MS Office Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Motivation to actively integrate AI-based tools into everyday work and use them efficiently
