Head of Quality Automotive Supplier (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the strategic orientation and operational management of the entire quality management at the site Direct responsibility for quality testing, materials engineering, operational quality management and QM systems and methods with> 20 employees Development of structures, methods and teams to ensure a sustainable quality organisation Responsibility for quality indicators, digital evaluations, 8D reports and the introduction and follow-up of sustainable improvement measures Planning and implementation of internal and external audits in compliance with relevant standards (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA guidelines) Active promotion of quality-conscious culture and continuous training of employees Cross-cutting cooperation with production, logistics, purchasing and development to optimize quality-relevant processes

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the quality management of a company from the automotive sector Knowledge of QM systems, materials technology and relevant standards and methods Outstanding leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams Additional qualifications in Lean Management or Six Sigma Entrepreneurial thinking personality with high self-responsibility and a sense of decision – acts like a “company in the company” Communication strength, structured approach and pronounced implementation orientation
