Senior Lead Expert Regulatory (m/f/d)

Responsibility and professional control of bank supervision and regulatory requirements as well as their control, coordination and preparation Communication with senior management regulators Technical management, evaluation and analysis of option rooms with regard to regulatory thematic complexes including the responsible units Financial management of bank-wide capital measures and capital relief measures (e.g. in the context of securitisation transactions) Identification and assessment, risk assessment of structural regulatory and supervisory requirements including direct reporting to senior and top management Bank-wide contact for cross-border regulatory and supervisory issues as well as consultants for operational units Participation, cross-disciplinary control and quality assurance for system-wide stress tests arranged by the supervisory authorities Project management and control of supervisory implementation projects and strategic initiatives

Successfully completed university studies with economic or economic orientation Long-standing relevant professional experience ideally also in leadership or project management In-depth knowledge of supervisory regulations and their relationships, as well as potential impacts in accounting Ability to analyze and operationalise regulatory requirements Very good English skills in word and writing Deepened MS Office Knowledge Very high level of analytical skills and pronounced problem-solving competence Ability to present complex facts briefly, concise and decision-oriented Safe and convincing appearance as well as very good communicative skills, especially in communication with senior and top management as well as supervision.
