Expert/Project Manager Construction Coordination (m/f/d)

Accompany challenging international industrial projects from initial planning to successful delivery to the customer. In this responsible position, you control all construction-relevant activities and ensure the time-, cost- and quality-oriented realization of buildings, infrastructure and building systems for our paint systems. As a central interface between builders, planners, authorities, general contractors and our plant project teams, you are responsible for the successful coordination of construction activities. Responsibility for project processing: You are responsible for the smooth implementation of all design-relevant project volumes over all phases of the project, from the supply and approval phase to the execution planning to commissioning and customer transfer. Project management and coordination: You accompany projects from the functional tender, the costing to the successful implementation and, together with the plant project management, ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality targets. Your focus is on building, infrastructure and approval topics. Coordination of construction processes: You tune all construction activities with the requirements of installation assembly and ensure an efficient and trouble-free project sequence at the interfaces between building, infrastructure and plant engineering. Management of partners and entrepreneurs: You coordinate external partner offices, architects, specialist planners, general contractors and subcontractors and ensure the timely and quality-oriented performance. Technical advice: You introduce your expertise in building, infrastructure and building planning into ongoing projects and support other specialist departments in structural, technical and licensing issues. Interface management: You act as a central contact person for customers, authorities, planners, construction companies and internal project teams and ensure efficient cooperation between all project participants. Quality, cost and risk management: You monitor compliance with quality requirements, schedules and budgets, identify project risks early and develop appropriate measures for successful project management. International project work: You accompany international industrial projects and support their successful implementation worldwide.

Education and experience: You have a degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture. Project management: Multiannual professional experience in the planning or realization of industrial, infrastructure or construction projects, ideally in the environment of technical production buildings. Competence: Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technical regulations as well as experience in dealing with VOB, BGB regulations and BImSchG. You understand the essential requirements of industrial plant and multi-storey hall construction and can assess the static effects of plant loads, media bridges, stages, foundations and building structures.
