In Germany, STRABAG AG is the market leader in road transport and offers all services - from digital planning to building materials production and construction, construction of projects to maintenance and entertainment through its own road operating services. General support of our employees to assist in administrative operations and in communication with offices General support for subject-specific questions such as requests for residence permits or the like Consultation and support for the right to stay, language promotion and integration Intermediation between trainers and internal departments or external institutions Promoting social and cultural integration through targeted measures Support for bank appointments and other administrative tasks On- and preboarding new employees with migration background

Completed studies or training in social work, pedagogy or intercultural communication Experience in integration or social affairs Knowledge of administrative procedures and right of residence German knowledge (min. B2/C1) and ideally another language Digital Basic Knowledge (MS Office) Empathy, intercultural competence, communication and conflict resolution capability, organisational skills Patience, resilience, team skills and independent working Experience in advising and accompanying migrants: women, language promotion, intercultural mediation, possibly First Aid Course or Psychosocial Training readiness for external dates or readiness to travel within the control area and work on flexible working hours
